Description

A stunning early 19th century large oak / elm Welsh dresser base cupboard. Well figured oak molded top above three frieze drawers with an arrangement of three further central drawers flanked by  arched cupboard doors opening to reveal shelves. Overlapping drawer fronts and fielded ogee pointed arch door panels with molded surrounds. Flat oak panneled sides, oak drawer linings, brass swan neck handles, back and floor boards.
Raised on original stile feet, retaining exceptional untouched colour and patina throughout. North Wales circa 1820.
