LA Darling Company, a leading producer of custom displays and merchandising systems for major retail stores and brands, has been part of Marmon longer than any other business – 63 years and counting. Now based in Paragould, Arkansas, Darling was founded in 1897 in Coldwater, Michigan. Its first store fixture was a hat stand for a millinery shop. The company is named after an early owner, Lewis Archer Darling.
